Sharon Arlene Bryce nee (Boyd)
October 14, 1945 â€" April 6, 2009

Sharon passed away peacefully with her family by her side after a brief battle with cancer. She is lovingly remembered by her husband of 36 years Cameron, daughters Kimberly (Jason Aebig) of Saskatoon and Kerry (Geoffrey) Trofimuk and grandsons Benjamin and Jack Trofimuk of Regina; her sister Patricia (Roger) Grimard of Prince Albert; nieces Wendy Grimard, Sharon (Roger) Halbgewachs, and Tiana Halbgewachs; nephew Reece Halbgewachs of Sherwood Park AB and numerous cousins. She was predeceased by her father Harry (Pat); mother Simone; brothers Harry and Lorne and other extended family. She was born in Loon Lake, SK and moved to Debden, SK with her family where she received her education. She entered training to be an x-ray technician at the Holy Family Hospital in Prince Albert in 1964. She was employed by Dr. C.S. Moon for many years, and then more recently by Associated Radiologists until her retirement in 2005. Sharon was totally devoted to her family and is especially remembered for her selflessness and generous spirit. She had a true passion for life and gave everything she had to all that she did. She loved spending time with her grandsons and was often seen pushing them in a stroller or pulling them in a wagon. Sharon had many talents that included quilting, crocheting and knitting; she spent countless hours at these pastimes often giving her projects to friends, family, and those in need. She loved to spend time at the lake and developed a real love of fishing. Following her retirement, Sharon was a founding member of the Cosmopolitan Women’s Club of Prince Albert. Sharon will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be dearly missed by her family and many close friends. Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2009 at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 â€" 28th Street West, Prince Albert, SK with Reverend Father Maurice Fiolleau officiating. In lieu of other tributes, memorial donations can be made in Sharon’s name to the Victoria Hospital Foundation or the Cosmopolitan Women’s Club of Prince Albert.
