Mr. Johnny Bernard Lee, affectionately known as "Nard," 50, of Gadsden, Ala., passed away on Monday, Nov. 16, 2015. Funeral service will be held Saturday, Nov. 21, 2015, at 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Alabama City with Rev. John Woods officiating. Burial will follow in Rainbow Memorial Gardens. He leaves to cherish his precious and fun memories, his loving and devoted mother, Mrs. Carrie Rhodes; children, sons, Dontae Smith and Aquarivs Lipscomb; daughter, Antonina Lipscomb; sisters, Cynthia Camm of Killeen, Texas, Angela (Donald) Harris, Michelle (Phonied) Mostella, Janice Tripp, Major Delaina Rhodes of Jacksonville, FL., Linda (Howard) Rutledge, Cynthia Rhodes of Decatur, Jean Delota of Birmingham, Ala..; brothers, Harris Lee, Tracy Rhodes, Connie Rhodes Jr. of Greenville, Rosalind (Dale) Rhodes of Marietta, Ga.; grandchildren, Keyonna Jenkins and Dontavian Smith. He leaves a host of nieces, nephews and a devoted companion, Alicia Fernandez. The body will lie in repose one hour prior to service.
