I wanted to send my love and sympathies to the Rainwater family. I know the Anniversary of your dear loved one is approaching. No doubt this has brought back to mind some painful memories and sadness. However, keep in mind that beautiful hope found in God's Word, found at John 5:28,29. It says, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." What this can mean for you is a real hope of being reunited with your loved ones who have fallen asleep in death. Keep this comforting thought in mind for the days ahead. My thoughts and prayers continue with you.

Patsy & Wayne, So sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom. I do have fond memories of her. Please forgive me for not being at the funeral. I didn't find out about it until after it was over. I love you both. You and your family are in my prayers. Your cousin, Linda.
My sympathies to the Rainwater family. I'm really sorry to learn of your loss. My thoughts are with you during this period of mourning. A comforting thought at times like these can soothe the heart. The Bible reveals that it is God’s purpose to restore the dead to life by means of a resurrection to a paradise earth, where sickness and death will be no more. Jesus said: “The hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” (John 5:28,29) Imagine seeing your dead loved ones again and being reunited with them. God has promised to make that a reality for his faithful ones.
