The Rollins family and Staff of Rollins' Mortuary announce with deepest sympathy the passing of Mr. Dee Rice Spencer, age 75, of 3523 - 20th Street, Tuscaloosa, on Monday, May 8, 2017, at Hospice of West Alabama. Funeral services were held Monday, May 15, 2017, at 11am in the Chapel at Rollins' Mortuary. Burial followed in Cedar Oak Memorial Park with Rollins' Mortuary directing.
