The Rollins family and Staff of Rollins' Mortuary announce with deepest sympathy the passing of Mr. James Phillip Carter, age 57, of Tuscaloosa, on Monday, August 21, 2017, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Funeral services were held Thursday, August 24, 2017, at 12noon in the Chapel of Rollins' Mortuary. Rev. Dr. J. C. Carter officiated.
