Randy’s life was so much more than a dash! He was a loving husband, father, Papa
and servant for Christ! Randy and his amazing wife, Kathy, owned Treible Plumbing for
33 years and members at Christ Greenfield Lutheran Church. Randy is survived by
Kathy; his children Jeff (Kristy) and Jennifer (Brad); his grandchildren Katelyn, Annalyse, Steven,
Mackenzie, Ryker and Tyla; his great grandson, Orion.
Randy was a rodeo cowboy in his youth. He won the Senior All Around Cowboy title at
the Prescott Junior Rodeo in 1965. After many injuries he switched to a less risky sport,
golf! Randy was a “Net Brother” at Alta Mesa Country Club for many years. His
nickname was “G-Man” and he will always be remembered for his sense of humor,
smile and his terrible swing.
Randy’s favorite nickname was Papa! He loved his grandchildren so much! He did so
many different things with them from gardening, to cooking, to playing cards at the cabin
in Pinetop and so much more. More than anything Papa was their example of what a
good man truly looks like. The love he showed his family, friends and animals was a
mirroring of Christ’s love for us all.
Even with all these accomplishments, his greatest was his marriage of 52 years! Randy
and Kathy lived life so well together. They were best friends, business partners and
servants together. Kathy was blessed to hold Randy as he took his last breath and
went to be with the Lord!
Randy will be missed by all, especially by their little Shih Tzu and best friend, Ellie. But
he is in heaven now with no more pain or suffering. His family is so thankful for that and
all the many blessings Randy and his amazing life has bestowed on them!
