Patricia A. Ingham, 85, passed away on August 06, 2016 peacefully at home with her daughter at her side. She was born on February 28, 1931 in Niagara Falls, NY to Harold and Harriett (Mulbaurer) Parkin. Patty, as she was known to her family and friends, met her future husband, Bobby, at the dairy store where they worked while in High School. They married on October 03, 1953 and settled in Rochester, NY, where they raised their two children. She was active in the Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts and the Alter & Rosary Society at St. Thomas the Apostle Church. After moving to Granby, CT. in 1974 she was a senior tax consultant for Cigna. Patty was an active member of St. Theresa’s Church and the gourmet group. Bob and Patty retired to LHC in 1996. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, playing Mexican Train and hosting her east coast friends and family at her new home. She was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, where she volunteered as well as volunteering for the New York Club. Patty is survived by her son, Marty (Cate) Ingham of Columbia Falls, MT.; daughter, Martha Kennedy of Tucson, AZ.; brother in law, John (Henrietta) Ingham of Niagara Falls, NY.; sister in law, Ruth Ingham of OR.; grandchildren Patrick and Timothy Ingham of MT.; 9 nieces and nephews and several grand-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 60 years, Bob, sister and brother in law, Mary and Joseph Donahue, brother in law, Leonard Ingham and nephew, Michael Ingham. Memorial Service will be held at Our Lady of the Lake on August 25, 2016 at 10:30 AM.
