Amber Falise Adair Patrick was born on James McDowell and Tracy Patrick on January 9, 1989 at Christiana Hospital in Newark, Delaware 19702. Amber has never been married and is survived by her four children Mya, Xzayveon, Diamond, and Prince. As a child, Amber was raised in Wilmington, Delaware within a community called Southbridge. She a attended Neighborhood House for daycare and went to elementary school in Wilmington as well. At the age of 10, Amber Patrick was relocated, with family, to Arizona where she continued into adulthood. Amber was a vibrant and exciting young lady who loved her family, especially her children. She has worked in the food industry as well as a caregiver for the mentally challenged. She also studied Medical Assisting at College America. Amber was popular amongst her peers and was the kind of person who would help to provide for others from her heart. Many of Amber’s friends adore her and even elected Amber to be a parent to their children in the event of death or emergency. Amber has many adopted relatives and god-children. On June 2, 2015 at the tender age of 26 Amber succumbed to an irreversible heart condition that had been diagnosed 6 months prior. Siblings Natalie and Christie Dennis, Erica Patrick and Kawan Carter. Erin Patrick is a niece that was raised with Amber.
