A beloved mother and grandmother, Beverly was born and raised in Illinois. After her husband passed at a very young age, she raised her two young children alone. She was very involved as a troop leader in Brownies, Girl Scouts and helped with the Boy Scouts. She would always go without so that she could provide for her family. She became a Registered Nurse in the 80's and provided excellent and compassionate care for her patients for almost 30 years. She always put the needs of others above her own. Everyone who met her would express how vivacious and funny she was. She loved telling nursing stories and stories of her childhood. She moved to Arizona in early 2000 and really flourished there. She enjoyed hosting many parties at her home, playing cards and mahjong weekly. She enjoyed her book club, scrap booking and always had a new project in the works. Most of all she enjoyed her family, she was a huge part of our lives and will be sorely missed. We love you mom.
