Frances Fragapane, 94, of Sun City, passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2015.

A visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 28, 2015, at Regency Mortuary, 9850 W. Thunderbird Blvd. Rosary will follow the visitation at 7:00 p.m. Burial will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona on Monday, November 30, 2015, at 9:30 a.m.
