Matthew (Butch) Fischette (74) of Sun City, AZ., previously of Newark, N.Y., passed away October 23, 2015, surrounded by his wife and family. Matt was born in Lyons, N.Y. on May 30, 1941. He is preceded in death by his parents Matthew and Marjorie Fischette and brother Bob Fischette. He is survived by his wife of 28 years Marlene (Polly) Fischette, sons Mark Fischette and Jeffrey (Denice) Fischette, sisters Brenda (Jim) Mack, Kathy Fischette, brother Edward (Darlene) Fischette, sister-in-law Lori (Ron) Yates and grandsons Jeffrey, Jordan, and Zachery Fischette and his loving four legged companion Dusty. Matt retired from Eastman Kodak in Rochester, N.Y. in 1991 before retiring to Sun City in 1998. He was an avid golfer and bowler and a member of the Willowcreek Men's Golf League, and the Willowcreek Bandits golf group, where he was honored to hold the position of "Boss Bandit" for the last several years and a member of the Sun City Elks Club. A Celebration of Life will be held on November 21, 2015, at the Fischette home in Sun City, 10605 W. Signal Butte Circle. Services in Clyde, N.Y. later be held later this summer.
