Robert Joseph Kay, 79 of Peoria, Arizona passed away on July 8, 2016. Bob was born in Elgin, Illinois to Bob and Ruth Kay on May 23, 1937. He married LeNora Morris on July 4, 1975 in Phoenix. He operated his own business, R. Kay Truck Parts for more than 30 years. He was a veteran of the US Marine Corps. He proudly served Capital Gateway Kiwanis and was president of the Southwest District Kiwanis Foundation. He was passionate about helping children and his community. Bob is survived by his wife: LeNora, son: Bobby (Marcie), grandchildren: Kristen and Kyle, sister: Rayanna Russell and brother: Gene Fazzi. The family of Bob Kay wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Reflections Hospice, The Kiwanis Foundation and the countless number of friends who have offered their support and love. No formal services will be held. Please remember Bob as goofy and fun as he was. Bob was just Bob.
