Thomas Michael Conley 72 years old of Sun City, Arizona. A loving husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother Passed away a painless, quick, and sudden death on April 1, 2016 at 3:28 a.m. He was surrounded by family and friends. He went to be with his Savior. Tom was born on April 22, 1944 in Oelwein, Iowa to Michael Joseph Conley and Nathalie Helen Flemming. He is survived by his Loving Wife Caroline Conley, Daughter Crystal Michels {husband} Andrew Michels, {Grandsons} Trevor Michels, Matthew Michels. {Sister} Susan Lewis {Brother} John Conley {Niece} Christine Parrish, {Buddy Parrish} Great Nieces Natalie and Holly Parrish. {Nephew} Tony Lewis and his wife Amy, Great Nieces Ashley and Lacey Lewis. He graduated Catholic High School, served in the Navy for 3 years in San Diego, CA. where he lived for 30 years before moving to Yuma, AZ. Later to move to Phoenix, AZ. Tom was a jack of all trades. He was an Electrician, Plumber, Mechanic, Public Fiduciary, RV Manager, Truck Driver and Trainer for Swift Transportation for last 22 years in Phoenix, AZ. Tom was very service oriented, he would help his fellow members in his church, employment and neighbors. He would go over and beyond to make sure everyone around him was taken care of. His acts of kindness, character and love for others was astounding. His love for his Savior grew stronger everyday. He loved temple work. He enjoyed spending time with his loving wife going on trips, talking, learning more about the gospel. He enjoyed going to the movie theater and learning about the constitution. Tom loved going to the tool store and chatting it up with the employees and finding new gadgets and sharing them with the family. He enjoyed spending time with his grand kids. He had a passion for seeing fun and new exciting places and eating at new places was one of his hobbies. He had a laugh that no one could duplicate, it was contagious and always revealed a smile like that of warm sunshine. He was amazing person, is loved, and will be missed. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at the Sun City LDS Ward Chapel, 13014 N. 108th Ave., Sun City, AZ 85351. Friends may visit with the family Wednesday evening from 6 - 8 pm at Regency Mortuary, 9850 W. Thunderbird Blvd, Sun City, AZ 85351 and Thursday morning at the church from 9:30 - 10:15 a.m. Burial with military honors will follow at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, AZ 85024
