JATCZAK, Andrew Joseph, passed away on July 16, 2011 at the age of 50. Our hearts ache for our loss. Andy was a man of great stature yet he had a soft heart and listening ear. He had inspired culinary ability to whip up a beautiful meal from nothing and his passion led him to share his knowledge with young culinary hopefuls in the field. He truly enjoyed helping others and motivating young people. He had a love for travel and explored all corners of this beautiful country. But his soul would always call the Grand Tetons home for it was there that he met his wife, April. Life became that much more rich and vivid with the welcoming of their daughter, Samantha and son, Ethan, into the world. Andy will be remembered for his sense of humor, kindness to those down on their luck, reverence for his Catholic faith, and love for his friends and family.
