Betty Jane (Hepler) McCann 7/19/1921 – 3/30/2013. Mom passed peacefully in her Tucson home March 30. Born in Cynthiana, IN, she loved her many travels all over the world with her husband, Donn (Lt. Col.), especially living in Japan and Germany. Donn died in 1968 in Manhattan Beach, CA; and mom continued working at Aerospace Corp. in LA, raising her children. Hardworking and fun, this feisty lady was the heart of our family. She is survived by five children, Donn (Sarita), Alice (Mike Morley), Mike (Nancy), Kevin (Diana) and Betty Jane; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; her brother, Bill Hepler and sister, Pat Smith, and families. Special praise to her daughter, Betty Jane, for taking great and tireless care of mom these last years. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 13, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel, 1050 N. Dodge Blvd. A Service with burial will be held back home in Indiana.
