Beverly Kirkland

Beverly Sue Kirkland 55, passed away on October 1, 2011, after bravely fighting cancer for seven years. Sue was born October 8, 1955 in Orange, CA. She graduated from Pacifica H.S. in 1973, where she played the Saxophone in the Marching Band. Sue later studied I.T. at the University of Phoenix. She spent years in the grocery business working from Cashier to Store Manager, until she went into Sales, working for United Beverage, NCO Group then ADP. Sue loved animals, horseback riding, camping, cooking and dinners with friends. Sue is survived by "Her Girl", Andrea McKenna Kirkland, 16; brothers, Robert Lee Kirkland, Jr. and Bart Kirkland; mother, Billie Jean Hubbard and was preceded in death by father, Robert Lee Kirkland, Sr. and stepmother, Claudette. Sue's friends were also like family to her and "Team Sue" will dearly miss her positive attitude and contagious laugh. Services will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Sanctuary Church, 7620 N. Hartman Lane. In lieu of flowers make donations to the AZ Cancer Center.
