Carol Ann Hooper 62, passed away May, 17, 2012, after an 11 year battle with breast cancer. She is survived by her husband, Robert Hooper; father, Vernon Utz; brother, Neal (Karen) Utz; sons, Daniel (Sarah) Perkin and David (Tia) Perkin and a niece and nephew. She is preceded in death by her mother, Gladys Utz. Carol graduated from a dental school in Portland, Oregon and worked as a dental hygienist for 30 years. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements entrusted to ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel.May 17, 201205/17/2012
