Charles W. Lennon Born September 14, 1920 in Sioux City, Iowa to Frederick and Elizabeth Lennon, he went to Heaven March 16, 2011. Predeceased by siblings, Elizabeth, Virginia and Frederick and beloved wife of 58 years, Lucille. Survived by children, Tom, Becky and Ed and their families including ten grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. He taught 8th grade science at Wakefield Middle School for 25 years, and was active in St. Cyril, Most Holy Trinity and Saint Odilia parishes. Visitation will be at ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Avalon Chapel, 8090 N. Northern Ave., Sunday, March 20, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass is at St. Odilia Catholic Church, 7570 N. Paseo Del Norte, Monday, March 21, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Friends of the Orphans, 134 N. La Salle St., Suite 500, Chicago, Illinois 60602.
