Eldora Evans Another beautiful soul made her way to Heaven today. Eldora Evans passed away on May 2, 2015. She was 94 years old and a longtime resident of Tucson. She was one of 15 children. Born December 30, 1920 in Doddridge County, West Virginia to parents, Lura and Clyde McMillan. All her siblings, nine brothers, five sisters and her parents preceded her in death. She was married to Alfred Evans June 1, 1951 in Morgantown, West Virginia. He also preceded her in death on December 12, 1968. She was a retired Civil Service Employee. She worked as a clerk at the Tucson Air Force Base. She was a resident of Woodland Palms since 2010. She is survived by her stepson, Dave Evans and her stepdaughter, Ellen Brady and many nieces and nephews. Her nieces, Dawnetti Wilson and Barbara West were her guardians. She will be missed and we will rejoice in her reunion with her family and friends - Rest in peace. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel.
