TUBBS, Ethelyn (Poudrier), 84, was born in Chicago, ILL on October 30, 1927; and passed away in Tucson, AZ on January 25, 2012. Ethelyn was a 50 year resident of Thousand Oaks. She is survived by her husband, Bobby Tubbs; children, Jacquie, Larry and Paul and their spouses; grandchildren, Nicholas, Sean, Matthew, Nichole, Cory, Eric, Ryan and Paige. She is preceded in death by her late husband, Jack Poudrier; her daughters, Cathy Poudrier and Cindy Poudrier. Services will be held at ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Avalon Chapel, 8090 N. Northern Ave., Tucson, AZ 85704 on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be in Ethelyn's name to Children's Hospital of Los Angeles at 4650 Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90027 in her name.
