THACHER, Franklin Dennis, In loving memory of Franklin Dennis Thacher, September 13, 1940 - March 18, 2017. Dennis went to be with the Lord March 18, 2017. He is survived by his loving wife, Debbie of 39 years; stepson, Bill; grandson, Bryce; granddaughter, Rylie; sister, Betty (James Turner) of Palestine, Texas, as well as many loving family members and friends. His celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the Community Center of Rancho Del Lago, Del Webb, 10264 S. Blendu Way, Vail, AZ.
