Hugh Adams Tucson, Arizona Obituary

Hugh Adams

Hugh A. Adams passed away February 15, 2012. Hugh's chosen profession was teaching and he would take any opportunity to teach crafts, paper folding or magic tricks. His children and grandchildren were the joy of his life and his willingness to repair any broken item or help with any project convinced them that "grandpa can do anything". Hugh taught in the Flowing Wells School District and Picacho Middle School. He loved sports and was actively involved in playing and officiating in the LDS Sports Program until he was 62 years old. As an active member of the LDS Church, Hugh had many opportunities to serve. Hugh is survived by his wife of 58 years, Beryl and children Bea Quiroga (German), Troy Adams (Sally) and Charlotte Todd. He was so proud of his 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A service will be held at the LDS Church, 3530 W. Magee Rd., Saturday, February 18, 2012. Visitation at 9:00 a.m., Service at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to LDS Humanitarian Fund. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOME, Avalon Chapel.
