BENJAMIN, Anthony "Tony" L., 68, passed away peacefully September 3, 2011, at his home in Tucson, Arizona. Anthony was born February 4, 1943, in Ipswich, Mass., to Donald and Gwendolyn Benjamin. Anthony was a Vietnam war veteran who served proudly in the United State Army for 23 years before retiring as 1st Sergeant. He spent the next 16 years serving as Vehicle Control Officer for Aerospace Maintenance And Regeneration Center (AMARC) at DMAFB. During his time in the Army; Anthony travelled the world and most of the United States before retiring in Arizona to spend time with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Monika; son, Michael; daughter, Michelle (Sean) Whitmore; his siblings, Betty Jacobs and Harold Benjamin. At his request, a Memorial Service will be held at Hope Chapel Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Thursday, September 15, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel.
