John Tyboroski

John F. Tyboroski Passed away on June 26, 2011 at his home surrounded by his loving wife and two daughters. Born in Marlin, Texas in 1924, John was retired military with the U.S.A.F. He gave 30 years of service as a Msgt. to his country. He was a Flight Engineer on various planes and served in, World War II, Europe, Korean and the Viet Nam War. John had logged 18,000 hours. of flight time and was decorated with many accommodations, medals and awards for his bravery and service. After retiring John taught at Pima Community College for ten years as an Automotive Instructor where he also became a Phi Theta Kappa in March 1980. As a Tucson resident for 38 years, he gave himself to his church and community. He will always be remembered as a great husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He leaves behind his wife, Dolores of 60 years; daughters, Jeri (Randy) Lawson, and Rose Marie; his five grandchildren, Tina Lawson, Wendi Lawson, Jon (Jennifer) Tyboroski, Daniel (Nicole) Lawson and Stephanie (Mike) Guathier; his 11 great-grandchildren, Andrew, Kristin, Nicole, Tyler, Brandon, Breanna, Olivia, Bailey, Taylor, Chloe, and Kaylen. He also leaves behind a brother, Julian and two sisters, Frances and Rosemary from Texas. John is now soaring high in his last FLIGHT! Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2011, 5:00 p.m - 8:00 p.m. at ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel, 1050 N. Dodge Blvd. Funeral Service will be held Friday, July 1, 2011, at 10:30 a.m. at Corpus Christi Church, 300 N. Tanque Verde Loop Road.
