Laura Lasure

Laura Joan Tily LaSure 84, passed away peacefully at home in Vail, AZ, on August 11, 2014, surrounded by people who loved her. Joan was born in Syracuse, NY on July 19, 1930, a daughter to Alfred and Harriet (Cross) Tily. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend. She was preceded in passing by her husband, Reginald Prescott LaSure and her daughter, Patricia Joan LaSure. She is survived by her son, Thomas (Melissa) LaSure, four of five siblings, 13 grandchildren and 12 greats, to include all step and adopted. She was a special ed teacher, raised with many foster children, and had an unconditional love for all in her heart. She will be missed by many and forgotten by none. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel -
