Marlene Combs Luster March 3, 1933 – October 14, 2016 Marlene Combs Luster, 83 of Tucson, Az. Entered into rest Friday, October 14, 2016 at Peppis House TMC Hospice. Marlene was preceded in death by her parents Charles William and Alice Combs and her loving husband Ben Patton Luster. She leaves to cherish her memory 3 children, Melynda Luster of Tucson, Az., Gregory P. Luster of Tucson, z., and Kaylene Leenknecht of Benson, Az. Her sister Wilmyth J. Nielson and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Marlene was a kind and loving wife and mother with a contagious smile and an awesome sense of humor. Marlene was born and raised in Central, Az. Met and married the love of her life, Ben Patton Luster of Pima, Az. They moved to Tucson where they raised their 3 children and resided for the remainder of their lives. She enjoyed movies, reading puzzles of all kinds and spending time with her family. Funeral services will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints Tucson East Stake Center located at 6901 E. Kenyon Dr. Tucson, Az. Friday October 28th. Viewing will be from 11am to 12 noon in the Relief Society room. Services to follow in the chapel at 12 noon. Bishop Dan Hanna will be presiding. Graveside services will be held at the Central Cemetery in Central, Az. Saturday, October 29th at 11 am. Adair Funeral Home will be handling all funeral arrangements. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Peppi’s House for their kind and loving care of our mother in her final days. We are truly blessed to have had her in our lives.
