Milton Perez

Milton M. Perez 86, of Tucson entered into rest on January 2, 2013. He was born March 10, 1926 in Morenci to Eulogio Villalobos and Felicitas Perez. He was married to Esperanza Perez, also of Morenci. Milton graduated from Morenci High and was drafted into the US Army during WWII serving in the Pacific and the occupation of Japan. In 1946, Milton started working for Phelps Dodge and worked 30 years in the Morenci Smelter as a Brickmason Helper. Milton enjoyed being around others and making them laugh and telling many stories, half of which we don't know are true. He always brought out the best in others. He loved his memories of Eagle Creek and Black River. He was a good pool shooter and always celebrated Christmas with family and many friends. He is survived by sons, Milton Jr. (Lynda) and Charlie (Cecilia) of Tucson and grandkids, Jeanette (Ken) Mead, Milton Albert and Marcelina and several great-grandchildren and brother, Frankie Villalobos of Duncan. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife and son Albert and seven brothers and two sisters. Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 7, 2013 at Our Lady Queen of All Saints Parish, 2915 E. 36th St. Tucson, AZ by Fr. Alonzo Garcia. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOME, Dodge Chapel.
