ERVIN, Nathan Paul, February 2, 1941 - August 27, 2011. Nate, beloved husband, father and friend passed away in Tucson, AZ. after a hard fought battle with leukemia. Preceded in death by parents, Nancy and Paul and beloved son Todd. Survived by his wife, Lynn; sister, Cathy; nieces and nephews; and his faithful companion and friend-Dakota-border collie. Nate was born in Denver Colorado, served in the Army National Guard and graduated from The University of Colorado. Nate worked in various levels of business management in the USA, Italy, Montreal, Quebec and Vancouver BC and completed two years of service in the Peace Corps, Costa Rica. His passions were travel, fishing, golf, rock-hounding and volunteering as a chaplain. He was an accomplished artist in wood carving, gourd art and masks. A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 24, 2011 at ADAIR FUNERAL HOME, Avalon Chapel, 8090 N.
