Neal Joseph Mosely 88, was born in Alliance, OH on February 10, 1924 and died March 3, 2012 in Tucson, AZ of complications following a fall. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Winnifred Ann Rinker Mosely; his sister, Pat Thompson and his four children, Judy Mosely, Janet Root, Ray Mosely and Jeannine Mosely; his two stepdaughters, Linda Howell and Laura Rinker and nine grandchildren. He served as a Second Lieutenant in the Army Air Force during WWII. He received a BS in chemical engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a law degree from Wayne State University. He was admitted to the bar in four states and practiced patent law for over 50 years. He was an avid bridge player and a Life Master in the ACBL.
