Patricia Forgacs 64, passed away January 1, 2011 after a 15 month battle with cervical cancer. Survived by her husband of 38 years, Stephen Forgacs; daughter, Kirsten Falsey (James); son, Stephen Jr. (Kendra); granddaughter, Shyla; sister, Vita Veliz (Albert); brother, Peter Damento (Patricia) and mother-in-law, May. Preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Matilda Damento. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Friday, January 7, 2011 Mass at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 8, 2011 at Most Holy Trinity Parish, 1300 N. Greasewood. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to Carondelet Hospice. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel.
