Paul E. Neff who practiced veterinary medicine in Tucson for 25 years, passed away April 3, 2011, at his home in Madera Canyon, Arizona. He was 89. Dr. Neff was born in LaGrange, Illinois, June 2, 1921. After receiving his doctorate in veterinary medicine from Michigan State University, he practiced in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, for 16 years before moving to Tucson in 1960. There he continued to care for animals at the Neff Pet Clinic. After retiring in 1985, he built his home in Madera Canyon. Dr. Neff is survived by his wife, Iris; son, David (LaVonne) of Wheaton, Illinois; two granddaughters, Molly (Byron) Elliott and Heidi Neff (Paul Chuffo); three great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Eleanor; parents, Fred and Frances Neff and brothers, Jacque and Ted. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 18, 2011 at 2:00 p.m., at the Desert Valley Adventist Church, 1200 N. Santa Rosa Blvd., Tucson.
