SVOB, Robert S. "Bob", On August 31, 2017, Bob vacated his remarkable, 98 ½ year lease on life on this beautiful planet. His spouse, Shirley E. (Deacon) Svob, died in May 2001 and he missed her company these past 16 years. Dad will be remembered fondly by his surviving offspring: Children, Barbara S. Sherman (James A.); Robert S. Svob, Jr. (Helen H.); Pamela L. Kappel (Wayne W.); John D. Svob (Mary Ellen). During his long life, Bob embraced each of his eight grandchildren, James R. Sherman; Christopher M. Sherman; John H. Svob; Clifford R. Svob; Gregory O. Svob; Gretchen E. (Kappel) Dozier; Marshall J.D. Kappel; Jason J. Bagalini. Bob also got a chance to give a smiling welcome to each of his fourteen great-grandchildren, Julia T. Sherman; Emma J. Sherman; William J. Sherman; Cole J.R. Sherman; Alekso S.C. Svob; Natalie G. Svob; Raquel H. Svob; Gabriel W. Svob; Nicolas A. Svob; Bennet W. Svob; Serena J. Svob; W. Maxmillian Dozier; Greta E. Dozier; Alyssa R. Hopkins. A Celebration of Life will be held at St. Mark's Presbyterian Church, 3809 E. Third St., Tucson, AZ 85716, at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 23, 2017. Refreshments will be served after the service. In lieu of flowers, donations in Robert S.
