ACKLEY, Ronald P. 84, of Tucson, passed away March 2, 2016. Ron was born September 24, 1931 in Euclid, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Lee Ackley and son, Jeffrey Ackley and is survived by two sons, James (Sabine) Ackley and Gerald (Darlene) Ackley and by daughter, Carolyn Farrier. Ron served in the Korean conflict with the U.S. Army and retired from the ANG as a First Sgt. In 1991. He loved NASCAR and traveling the country in his RV. He was a lifelong painter and avid fan of Bob Ross' PBS series. Ron had a quiet, unassuming personality and believed in duty, honor, country and family. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 9, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel, 1050 N. Dodge Blvd
