Shirley Bush
BUSH, Shirley Born June 2, 1927 in Boone, Iowa to Arthur and Olga Nelson. Shirley graduated in 1948 from Iowa Methodist Hospital with an RN. In 1948, she became a surgical nurse at TMC. Shirley joined Dr. G. Shetter as an office and surgical nurse from 1950-74. From 1976-84, she worked as a nurse for Dr. R. Estes. She worked in several other offices as part time clerical until she retired in 2006 at 79. Shirley made many friends through work, bridge and as a Wildcat/sports fan. Survived by her daughter, Beverly (Sheryl Stutzman); five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She will be missed by all. Shirley has requested no services.
