Stephen W. Haider 58, went home to the Lord on July 10, 2011. He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Marlayne; sons, Stephen K. of Tucson and Brian J. of San Bernadino, CA; parents, Stephen J. and Shirley Haider of Tucson; brothers, Dennis, Thomas, Roderick and Terrance all of Tucson; sister, Diane Leskauskas of Chicago; grandchildren, Kailey, Cole, Hannah, Kalyl and Stephen A. Preceded in death by his brother, Michael. Stephen enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, restoring muscle cars, drag racing, vacationing with his family and blessing others with his positive attitude. He lived with courage and hope throughout the nearly 20 years of his battle with cancer and he is a hero to those who know and love him. Services will be held at ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Avalon Chapel, at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 16, 2011 followed by burial at Holy Hope Cemetery.
