<p>Telvi Bartlett Guth Passed peacefully December 23, 2015, at home in Tucson. Born August 3, 1938 in Los Angeles, to John and Etelvina Bartlett, she is survived by her husband of 50 years, Richard E. Guth; three children, John, Marshall and Linnea; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Telvi spent her early years in mining camps of Arizona, Cuba, Bolivia, Venezuela and Peru. While in Peru she met her husband-to-be, Richard, spending many more years in mining locations, including Liberia, Connecticut, Indiana, Idaho and Belo Horizonte Brazil, before retiring to Tucson. Telvi loved life and experiences, from open-road auto racing in Venezuela, snow-shoeing, white water rafting, and boxing in her 60's. Her love of "spaghetti westerns" was unparalleled. Easily moving from English, Spanish and Portuguese, to hosting the president of a country, to managing a West African health clinic and working with a leper colony; Telvi made everyone special and will be forever missed. Memorial Gathering will be held at ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel, 1050 N. Dodge Blvd., from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 27, 2015.</p>
