Thomas W. Mattingly (Willie) went to heaven to be with the Angels on February 22, 2012. He was born in Hammond, IN on May 13, 1955. He came to Tucson in 1975. He is preceded in death by his mother, Helen and his father, Charles and his beloved faithful dog, NiKo. He will be sorely missed by his sister, Cherry; his nieces, Angie, Sarah and nephew, Charlie and his best friend, George Morrison. He is survived by his aunt, Fran; his cousins, Betsy, Julie and Robert and their children. He worked for Pima County Victim Witness for many years as a victim advocate which he loved so much and took pride in his work. He also owned his own tour business which he also loved to do. He was a Mason and Shriner for many years. He enjoyed his mountains as he called them. Camping and fishing were his favorite things to do. The family would also like to thank The Dempsey Home for all the love and care they gave him. There will be a Memorial Service on Friday, March 16, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel, 1050 N. Dodge Blvd. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, 520-326-4343.
