PECHIN, Thomas Anthony, September 6, 1934 - February 27, 2012. Thomas Anthony Pechin left this world on February 27, 2012. He was the fourth of six children born to Edward L. and Margaret Robrock Pechin. He is survived by one brother, James. Born and raised in Lafayette, IN, he graduated from Jefferson High School and enlisted in the Navy, where he served as an instructor in San Diego. Upon discharge, he attended Purdue University, receiving a B.S. degree in Agriculture. The next 30 years he worked in various aspects of agribusiness, culminating as President of Delphi Products in Delphi, Indiana. He married Sandra Masters in 1956 and raised five children. He married his second wife, Sara Osborn Pechin, in 1977 and together continued to raise eight children. They moved to Tucson in 1983, and lovingly cared for daughter, Catherine Pechin who passed away from cancer in 1984. His loving wife, Sara died in 2007. His children and grandchildren are blessed with his youthful optimism, his timely wit and his joyful soul. We love him and will miss him always. Memorials are to be sent to the University of Arizona Cancer Center or to the American Cancer Society . Services will be held at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, 505 N.
