William O'Donald

William "Bill" Arthur O'Donald passed away on December 18, 2012. Bill was born on May 5, 1934, in Grand Rapids, MI, the son of William and Elizabeth O'Donald. He moved to Tucson, AZ in 1949 where he met Jeanette Nelson, whom he married on May 31, 1957. He graduated from UofA with an MS in Genetics and taught HS chemistry for 30 years. An All-State basketball player at Amphi HS, he went on to play basketball at UofA from 1953-1957. Bill is preceded in death by an infant son, Arthur O'Donald and granddaughter, Danielle Price, along with his parents and a brother and sister. He is survived by his wife, Jeanette; daughters, Debbie Sedler and Laurie Price; sons-in-law, Marty Sedler and Vince Price and grandchildren, Jeffrey Sedler, Jennifer Sedler, and Isabel Price. A Memorial Service will be held at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, in Tucson, AZ, on Saturday, December 22, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to www.pancan.org or www.gracetucsonwels.com.
