Adolfo Guajardo, 77, of Atkins died Thursday, May 21, 2009, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Corpus Christi, Texas son of Thomas and Juanita Gonzales Guajardo. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Sam Guajardo. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Juanita Guajardo of Atkins; children, Adolfo Rudy Guajardo and wife Becky of Atkins, Amalia Guajardo of Garden City, Kansas, Amelia Guajardo of Atkins, Kyle Guajardo of California, Frank Guajardo of Atkins, Maria Guajardo of Atkins, Andrea Plummer of Lawton, Oklahoma; 17 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren and numerous friends and relatives. A private ceremony will be held by the family.
