Mrs. Agnes Gardner, 89, formerly of Atkins, died December 28, 2011. She was born January 5, 1922 in Cord, Arkansas. She is preceded in death by two sons, Larry and Gary Gardner. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Phillip Gardner and wife Jo Ann of Texas; one daughter and son-in-law, Rosemary Gardner-Southworth and husband Steve of California; one sister, Maxine Prince of Oklahoma; 2 grandsons, 3 granddaughters and 1 great-granddaughter. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church for over 60 years. Funeral services are 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 3, 2012, at Lemley Chapel. Burial is in Hopewell Cemetery in Cord, Arkansas by Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
