He was employed by Arkansas National Guard. He is survived by his wife; Amber Goodall Carter of Atkins, son; Cole Alexander Carter of Atkins and a daughter; Isabella Goodall of Atkins, his father; Howard Carter of Russellville, mother; Theresa Carter of Barstow, CA., brother; Jason Carter of Barstow, 3 sisters; Angela Carter of Barstow, Sarah Carter and Emily Carter both of Plumerville Memorial service will be 1:00 PM, Wednesday, May 6, 2009, at Atkins First Baptist Church with Rev. Scott Tyler officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials made to Alexander Carter Funeral Expense , c/o Lemley Funeral Service P.O. Box 126; Atkins, Arkansas 72823
