Alice Fischer

Alice E. Fischer, 59, of Dover, passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2013, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center. She was born December 12, 1953, in Elaine, Arkansas, the daughter of Leslie and Martha Johnston Bennett. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Martha Ann Dixon. She is survived by her husband, Gerald Fischer of Dover; son, Chris Bennett of Dover, step children, Sarah Fischer of Russellville, Gerald Fischer Jr. and wife Stacy of Russellville, Colleen Miller and husband Rob of Atkins, Tina Fischer of Elgin, IL., Becky Rust and husband Jim of Sycamore, IL., brothers, Bobby Bennett of Batesville, Travis Bennett of Dardanelle, Billy Bennett of MO., David Bennett of Fulton, KY., 13 grandchildren , numerous nieces and nephews and friends. Funeral services are 2:00 PM Saturday, August 10, at Lemley Chapel with Rev. Paul Northcutt officiating. Burial is in McFadden Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation is from 5:00-9:00 PM Friday. Pallbearers are Chris Bennett, Travis Bennett, Justin Bennett, Billy Bennett, Bobby Bennett, David Bennett.
