Alice Sue McCoy, 58, of Dardanelle, died Friday, May 27, 2011 at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center. She was born July 11, 1952 in Little Rock the daughter of Nolen and Erma Seales Alred. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Walter Brinkley; daughter, Delta Chisum; son, David Patoka; 3 brothers and 2 sisters. She was a member of the Apostolic Pentecostal Church of Russellville and was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Ted McCoy of Dardanelle; sons and daughters-in-law, Doug and Lisa Brinkley of Atkins; Danny and Shelia Brinkley of Mt. George; Donnie and Angel Brinkley of Mayflower and Darain Brinkley of Dardanelle; 4 stepchildren, Sarah, Christie, Alisia and Michael; 13 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sister, Billie Jean Pate of North Little Rock and a brother, William Alred of Greenbrier. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at Lemley Chapel with Rev. Bob Houghton, Rev. Gary Sanders, Rev. Johnny Tew and Rev. Rick Domerese officiating. Burial is in Atkins City Cemetery by Lemley Funeral of Atkins. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Monday. Pallbearers are D.J. Brinkley, Jeff Davis, Clay Jones, James Hardy, Gerald Chisum, Josh Munns and Larry Meeks.
