Auzy W. Smithhart, 76, of Russellville, passed away Wednesday, April 21, 2010, at Legacy Lodge Nursing Center. He was born February 10, 1934, to Auzy and Bertha Cox Smithhart in Starks, LA., and is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Mary Alice Chevalier. He was a Navy Veteran of the Korean War and a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Paul Pipkin of Russellville; brother and sister-in-law; Bob and Marilyn Smithhart of Garrison, TX, several grandchildren Funeral service will be announced at a later date by Lemley Funeral Service.
