My aunt Barbara was a very attractive, friendly and compassionate person. As a child, I admired her friendly face, fragrant perfume and the fancy cosmetics and lovely hair that she wore. My grandma, Orene Reid, photographer of Deluxe Studio photographed many pictures of Barbara including the memorial photo. Her photos were displayed in the studio and many, many customers complimented on how beautiful she was. I will always remember our family time together at Grandma Reids house. Sunday dinners around the table , adults talking while the kids played in the living room and running around outside. We had so many great times together. I enjoyed visiting her home in the summer and babysitting Doug while she went to town. She brought home good food and snacks. Barbara was good to me and loved my grandparents so much. She helped them by cleaning house and doing errands since they didn't drive. I remember hearing my grandpa ask "Where's Barbara?" he would think of her and need her to do something, while my grandma developed pictures. She worked hard for them as was glad to do so. She always left at the end of the day with hugs, kisses and "I love You". As years passed our family grew apart and all the kids grew into adults. Doug and Matt, we are family and I love you both very much. I'm so sorry for the passing of your mother. She was a special person.
