Bertha Louise Watts, 70, of Hector, went to be with her Lord Friday, December 2, 2011 at home. She was born in Holtville, CA. November 10, 1941 to Wesley and Ivey Sawyer Hipp and was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Debra Kay, great-grandson, Brendon Willfond. She was a member of Evans Mountain Full Gospel Church. She is survived by her husband, Jesse Watts of Hector; 2 daughters and son-in-law; Linda and Angel Lucero and Diane Justice, son, Roger James, stepdaughters, Brenda, Karen and Sandra, grandchildren, Jamie Watts, Audrey and her husband Scott Meadows, Joseph Watts, Sabina Bahena, Laura Bahena, Dalton James and Ricky Alan Justice Jr., great grandchildren, Christian, Debra, Samuel, Sadra, several grand and great grandchildren in California, 3 sisters, Patsy Alcaraz, Katherine Morris and Beverly Ballard, brothers, Joel Douglas Hipp and Wesley Hipp. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Monday, December 5, 2011 at Evans Mountain Full Gospel Church with the Rev. Darwin Barnhouse officiating. Burial is in Hudson Cemetery by Lemley Funeral of Atkins. Visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 PM Sunday at Lemley Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bertha Watts Memorial Expense, c/o Lemley Funeral Service, P.O. Box 126, Atkins, AR 72823.
