Hi Granny, Although I know you are in a wonderfully amazing place, I miss you so much down here. I never could have imagined this day would come so soon. We should of at least had another 20 years together. Thank you for your kindness, your love, your patience, your guidance. Thank you for investing in my life and training me in the way of the Lord, even when it wasn't your job to do so. I can just picture you dancing with Grandma Bear and the angels. I am so happy that you are not in pain anymore. I would have gladly traded places with you. So many people need you down here, me the most. When Scott and I are blessed with a child, I know it will be bittersweet, who am I going to call when I need advice or have a problem? I hate the thought of our future child/children not knowing your sweet face. Saying goodbye to you is the hardest thing I have ever had to do in my life. Although I have made mistakes, I know you were extremely proud of me. I am extremely proud of you as well. I truely hope you realized just how many people you touched in your life. Thank you for being that strong rock in my life. No matter what was going on, I could always count on you to listen. I am going to miss our long talks and long shopping trips. I love you so much, and when my time comes I know I will not be scared because you will be there waiting for me. I love you so much, thank you for the legacy you have left us.

My memories of Aunt Lou start from childhood. She was so pretty, would do funny things to make us laugh, and always a treat to spend time with. As an adult, being with her was still a treat. Just going to yard sales and out to lunch together would make the day special. I loved her greatly and my heart breaks, but I am glad she is now pain-free and with Grandma and Great-Grandma. Anytime we have home-made tacos, there will be a special spot for her at the table!!

May those who loved her so dearly find peace in knowing that she will live on in those she loved and in the ones who's lives she touched.
