Billy Ray Partain, 70, of Russellville, died Sunday, October 17, 2010, at his home. He was born in Scottsville December 24, 1939, the son of Julus and Betty Wells Partain. He was a retired saw mill worker who loved hunting and the great outdoors. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Henrietta Partain; and an infant brother, Bobby Joe Partain. He is survived by two daughters, Karen Farmer and Kimberly Partain; two grandchildren, Krystal Farmer and Cody Partain, all of Lamar; a sister, Anna Sue Hubbard of Pelsor; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, October 20, at Lemley Chapel with the Rev. Robert Norman officiating. Burial is in Atkins City Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation is Tuesday from 6-8:00 PM. Pallbearers are Bobby Fillian, Gene Fillian, Mike Farmer, Mike Bean, James Hull and James Keeling.
