Clarence W. Arthur, 86, of Dover, passed away Tuesday, April 6, 2010, at Legacy Lodge Nursing Home. He was born on April 23, 1924, to Joe and Nona Whitworth Arthur and preceded in death by his parents, two daughters, Marcia Hensley and Debra Arthur, sister, Jean King McKinney. He is survived by his son, Neal Arnold Arthur; two daughters, Shirley Hensley, Sandra Tapley; three step-children, Melvin Page, Brenda Bickford and, John Freeman; four brothers, John, Bobby, Tulon and Tommy Arthur; two sisters, Zula Haliburton and Carolyn Cox; numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews and his first wife, Marie Clowers. Graveside Service will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 8, at Walnut Grove Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service.Obituary
